The vinoteca comes from a grid designed to hold wine bottles. The horizontal and vertical elements make for the structure that stores and supports the bottles.
It was conceived so that it can be easily scaled and adapted to fit different spaces inside a home or restaurant.

The grid design for the Vinoteca relies on its simplicity to achieve function.
It consists of 2cm x 2cm horizontal slats and 2cm x 10cm vertical slats, which are readily available wood elements to make the fabrication and assembly as efficient as possible
It can be arranged to add/reduce capacity as needed and adjust into it’s context
