    This service is an optional add-on that is considered on a project to project basis.

  • Ensuring the right finishes and fixtures for durability, sustainability and design cohesiveness. This service is included in new projects and offered as a add-on service for projects that are brought in when already in progress.

    We will also specify the elements that frame and connect the exterior with the interior spaces. Selecting the correct location and manufacturers for doors and windows ensures quality and energy efficiency that is key for long term durability.

  • With a focus on prioritizing natural light and optimizing artificial light for ambiance and functionality.

    We will calculate and propose the appropriate amount and type of lighting for each space based on its function and location.

Interior Design

    Services can be included from the start or provided as an add-on for ongoing projects.

  • We coordinate vendor sourcing, purchases, and delivery logistics for all approved FF&E. This includes communication with suppliers, tracking lead times, and managing budgets to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.

  • We oversee furniture installation and styling, guiding the placement of each piece and accessory, ensuring that the final layer of design is implemented as intended.

  • We design and detail built-in elements, from kitchens and vanities to custom storage solutions.

  • We evaluate each space to select decorative fixtures like pendants, sconces, and lamps that align with the overall aesthetic and functional needs.

  • We source, curate, and install artwork to support the visual narrative of the space. We also collaborate with artists to commission original pieces, sculptures, or installations as needed.
