Scottsdale House
Completed in 2025. Short-term rental residential project in Scottsdale, Arizona. Interior renovation, styling, and photography direction.
This short term rental project in Scottsdale was a full interior renovation with a strong focus on budget and return on investment. In a highly competitive market, every design decision had to balance impact and practicality. The furnishings and decor are colorful and bold enough to stand out in listings, with an editorial feel rather than something overly themed.
New bathroom finishes feel playful but clean and simple, keeping maintenance and guest experience in mind. A large kitchen island was added to support entertaining, a key feature for short term stays. The palette and forms are playful but still refined. Contract-grade furniture, durable fabrics, and resilient finishes were prioritized to withstand high traffic and guest turnover. The space feels curated and layered, offering more personality than the typical vacation rental without sacrificing function or longevity.
To support the booking process, we created a detailed isometric render of the house layout. This allows guests to understand the full spatial flow before arrival, minimizing questions and back and forth communication. Every piece of furniture was modeled accurately, helping set clear expectations and making the booking experience more transparent and user-friendly from the start.
